B2B Distributor – Precision Engineering
Key Advantages
Sensors with class 0.05 and calibration traceable to international standards. Repeatable results that pass quality audits without objections.
Ideal for fatigue testing and batch controlNative Modbus RTU protocol and industrial M12 connectors. No adapters or external gateways needed to connect with your acquisition system.
Reduces wiring and failure pointsPortable KC-100 kit that verifies sensors in their workplace. Avoids disassembly and production stoppages that cost time and money.
Calibration certificate generated in the field316L stainless steel housings and IP67 seals. Withstands vibration, dust, and humidity without losing specification in cement plants, metalworking, or mining.
Extended service life on siteAssistance in Spanish, with spare parts stock in our own warehouse. Response in less than 24 business hours to keep your production running.
Without relying on urgent importsIncluded with each test bench and calibration kit. CSV export, real-time graphs, and report generation with no recurring subscription costs.
Full control of your dataDefinitions that delimit the scope of our equipment, the interpretation of specifications, and the limits of liability in the sale of testing machinery.
Yes, provided the material has sufficient stiffness to transmit the load to the sensor without excessive plastic deformation. For soft polymers or elastomers, we recommend the textured surface jaw accessory (code ST-500-GRIP).
The kit includes a software-guided procedure that does not require prior certification. However, the legal validity of the generated certificates depends on the operator following the verification protocol defined in the technical manual (section 4.2).
The bench exports data in CSV and OPC UA formats. Direct integration with SCADA requires an optional Modbus TCP gateway (BP-200-GW). We do not guarantee compatibility with software versions prior to 2020 without prior testing.
No. The 24-month warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. Damage from overload exceeding 120% of the nominal range, drops, or unauthorized modifications is excluded. See clause 7 of our terms.
The published lead times (30–45 business days) consider manufacturing and sea freight from Australia to the port of Buenos Aires. Customs clearance and final delivery to the plant are the buyer's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The stated accuracy is verified under laboratory conditions (23 °C ±2 °C, RH 50% ±10%). The maximum thermal drift is 0.002%/°C. Annual recalibration is recommended to maintain metrological traceability. We do not guarantee the same accuracy after 5 years without recalibration.
The ST-500 Series sensor measures from 0 to 500 kN with an accuracy of 0.05% over the full range. It is designed for cyclic fatigue testing on metals and composites, with thermal compensation for factory environments.
No. The BP-200 is modular and can be configured for tension, compression, or bending without civil works. Its servo-assisted system with proportional valve allows load speeds from 0.01 to 100 mm/min. It connects to a three-phase power supply and a PC with the included acquisition software.
With the KC-100 portable kit. It includes a class 0.5 reference load cell, a digital indicator with up to 1000-point recording, and software to generate calibration certificates. It connects directly to the sensor in production, without interrupting the line for more than 15 minutes.
Yes. All ST-500 sensors include the Modbus RTU protocol and an industrial M12 connector. Our engineering team in Argentina advises on integration with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Rockwell systems. We also provide example libraries in C++ and Python.
The ST-500 sensors have ISO 7500-1 certification for tensile testing. The BP-200 bench complies with IRAM 7500 and ASTM E4 standards. The KC-100 kit includes traceability to national and international standards. All documentation is provided in Spanish.
Stock at our Buenos Aires warehouse allows deliveries in 5 to 10 business days for standard equipment. Orders with special configuration (load ranges, connectors, or custom software) are manufactured in Australia and received in 30 to 45 days. Freight and insurance are included up to the client's plant.
